Reserve upcoming pieces from Peau Polywear before they arrive.

Peau Polywear uses a pre-order system to help bring in the right sizes, styles, colors, and designs based on real customer interest. Instead of over-ordering inventory, each pre-order round helps us prepare a more intentional collection for our customers and community.

Pre-orders are ideal for island wear, leis, family matching sets, church wear, graduation pieces, and special-event items that may be limited by supplier availability or production timelines.

Deposit Deadline: To Be Announced
Estimated Arrival: 2–4 weeks after supplier order is placed
Pickup/Delivery: Available after final payment is completed

Pre-order dates, available samples, and product options will be announced before deposits open.

How Pre-Orders Work

View the item or sample
Review available photos, sample pieces, product descriptions, and size information.
Choose your item
Select your size, color preference, style preference, or event type when available.
Pay the deposit or full amount
Your deposit reserves your spot and goes toward your final purchase price.
Pre-order window closes
Only paid deposits and full payments received before the deadline are included.
Supplier order is placed
Peau Polywear places the order based on confirmed customer reservations.
Updates are sent
Customers are updated as items are ordered, shipped, received, and prepared.
Final balance is paid
Any remaining balance must be paid before pickup, delivery, or shipment.
Pickup or delivery is scheduled
Once final payment is complete, pickup or delivery arrangements are made.

Available items may change with each pre-order round.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve most pre-order items unless the product page states that full payment is required.

Suggested deposit amounts may vary by item:

No deposit means no item is reserved.

Comments, messages, verbal requests, and VIP Watch List signups do not reserve an item.

Pre-order items are not ready for immediate pickup.
Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.
Supplier availability may affect final sizes, colors, and designs.
Shipping, customs, holidays, weather, and carrier delays may affect timelines.
Final balance is due before pickup, delivery, or shipment.
If an item becomes unavailable, a replacement option or refund may be offered.
Deposits may not be refundable once the supplier order has been placed.
Customers are responsible for providing correct size, contact, and order information.
