Pre-Order Policy

Peau Polywear offers select items through a pre-order system. This allows customers to reserve upcoming products before they are stocked or produced, while helping ensure the correct sizes, styles, and quantities are ordered.

By placing a pre-order, customers agree to the policy below.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are not ready for immediate pickup, delivery, or shipment.

These items may include:

  • Puletasi / women’s island wear

  • Men’s island shirts

  • Ie / lavalava

  • Family matching sets

  • Candy leis

  • Flower leis

  • Graduation leis

  • Custom event pieces

  • Gift bundles

Product availability, sizing, colors, and designs may vary depending on supplier stock, production timelines, and shipping conditions.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve a pre-order item unless the product page states that full payment is required.

Deposits go toward the final purchase price of the item.

A pre-order is not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received.

No deposit means no item is reserved.

Comments, messages, verbal requests, and VIP list signups do not reserve an item.

Full Payment Items

Some items may require full payment at the time of order. This may include candy leis, flower leis, graduation leis, custom event pieces, or items with limited availability.

If full payment is required, it will be stated on the product page or invoice.

Final Balance

If a deposit was paid, the remaining balance is due when the item arrives and before pickup, delivery, or shipment.

Items will not be released until the final balance has been paid in full.

If the final balance is not paid within the requested timeframe, the item may be released for resale and the deposit may be forfeited.

Pre-Order Deadlines

Each pre-order round may have a specific deadline.

Only orders with paid deposits or full payments received before the deadline will be included in the supplier order or production list.

Unpaid requests will not be included.

Estimated Arrival Times

Estimated arrival times are provided as a general guideline only.

Shipping and production times may vary due to supplier availability, customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Peau Polywear’s control.

Peau Polywear will provide updates when available, but exact arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Supplier Availability

Pre-order items are subject to supplier availability.

If an item, size, color, or design becomes unavailable, Peau Polywear may offer:

  • A similar replacement item

  • A different size, color, or design

  • Store credit

  • A refund of the deposit or payment for the unavailable item

Customers will be contacted if a substitution is needed.

Cancellations

Once a supplier order has been placed, pre-order deposits may not be refundable if the customer chooses to cancel.

This is because the item may have already been ordered, produced, reserved, or shipped specifically for that customer.

Cancellations requested before the supplier order is placed may be eligible for a refund, depending on the item and order status.

Refunds

Deposits or payments may be refunded if:

  • The item becomes unavailable

  • The supplier cannot fulfill the order

  • Peau Polywear is unable to provide a suitable replacement

  • The order is canceled before the supplier order is placed, if eligible

Deposits may not be refunded if:

  • The customer changes their mind after the supplier order has been placed

  • The customer provides the wrong size or information

  • The customer fails to pay the remaining balance

  • The customer fails to pick up or receive the item within the agreed timeframe

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of order, including:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Size

  • Color preference

  • Event date

  • Pickup or delivery preference

  • Any special notes or requests

Peau Polywear is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Pickup, delivery, or shipping options will be shared once the item is ready.

Local pickup and delivery may be available depending on location and schedule.

If shipping is requested, shipping costs may be added to the final balance unless already included in the product price.

Custom and Special-Order Items

Custom items, special-order pieces, event-specific items, and personalized products may have stricter cancellation and refund rules.

These items may not be refundable once materials are purchased, production begins, or the supplier order is placed.

Agreement

By placing a pre-order with Peau Polywear, the customer acknowledges that:

  • The item is not immediately available

  • A deposit or full payment is required to reserve the item

  • Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed

  • Final payment is required before pickup, delivery, or shipment

  • Deposits may not be refundable after the supplier order has been placed

  • Supplier availability may affect final item options
